A Group Coaching session is an affordable way to get access to life coaching for menopause and other womens health conditions, from less than £10 per month!
This is a great way to feel the benefits of life coaching, hear from other women like YOU, and test the waters before committing to an annual subscription or 1-to-1 coaching sessions.
You’ll receive insights and advice from my lovely partners, who will make an appearance occasionally, providing a holistic approach to online menopause coaching, and niche expert knowledge as and when it’s required!
Here’s how it works …
1. Package
Select from 1, 3, 6, or 12 month packages and get a free Ebook upon signing up!
2. Invite
Get the session link, with information about the topic, and a chance to submit any questions ahead of the session.
3. Session
Take part in the session, here from me, my guests and other women who have attended, and take part in Q&As.
4. Newsletter
Get the newsletter containing a round up of our session, plus research and insights, and a link to a recording for those who missed it!
How much does it cost to subscribe to my online group coaching sessions?
Subscription costs are split into four packages, allowing you to try as many or as little as possible, with a discount when you buy more!

Click the “Subscribe Now” button below, where you’ll be taken to the official product page. Select your package, pay, and then wait for your confirmation email!

For every upcoming session, you’ll receive an “Invite” email", which will include the link to the video call, which is where the session will take place.
Don’t worry if you miss it, you’ll also receive a recording of the session so you can catch up!

When you enter the session, you’ll be asked to enter your name, but feel free to use just your first name, and ensure that your camera is switched off. This way you can remain as anonymous as you want, and for Q&As feel free to use the chat box rather than your mic.

For three main reasons:
You can reply to the Invite with any questions or subjects you want me to respond to during the upcoming session. I’ll try and cover everything, and this means we’ll have more time for Q&As at the end of each session.
The newsletter will round-up everything we spoke about in the session, plus any extra info/resources I think would be useful. This gives me a chance to answer anything I couldn’t answer during the session.
It will contain a link to the session recording, so anyone who couldn’t attend can catch up in their own time.
